This Privacy Policy applies to all Users and Lawyers who use or access the ZOR Platform. It governs the handling of all data, including personal, transactional, behavioral, and technical information.

• Enable scheduling, rescheduling, and communication
• Authenticate Users and Lawyers
• Process payments and refunds
• Send confirmations, alerts, and platform updates

• Comply with legal obligations

ZOR respects your privacy and only shares personal information in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws. The following clauses describe the circumstances under which your information may be shared:

ZOR reserves the right to use, share, or sell aggregated and anonymized User data for lawful commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, performance optimization, analytics, and market research.

This may include, without limitation:

• Trends in legal service usage, consultation frequency, or geographic service patterns
• Non-identifiable metadata related to appointment history, service categories, device usage, or engagement patterns
• Sharing anonymized behavioral data with trusted third-party advertisers, analytics platforms, or partners to improve targeting, content relevance, and platform performance

User Privacy Safeguards: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, CNIC, contact information, or case details will never be sold or shared without explicit user consent. All data shared under this clause will be de-identified and stripped of direct identifiers in compliance with prevailing data protection laws in Pakistan and applicable international standards. ZOR implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to prevent misuse or re-identification of anonymized data.

Opt-Out Option: Users may opt out of anonymized data sharing for advertising purposes by submitting a written request to support@zorservices.co. However, opting out may affect the personalization or relevance of content displayed within the Platform.

By continuing to use the Platform, Users acknowledge and consent to the potential monetization of anonymized usage data in accordance with this section and ZOR's Privacy Policy.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking tools for:

• User authentication
• Session persistence
• Performance measurement
• Ad targeting (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)

Users can control cookie behavior via browser settings.

We retain personal data:

• As long as your account is active
• For up to 5 years after termination for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes
• In anonymized form indefinitely for research and analytics

The Platform is not intended for use by children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

Although ZOR primarily operates in Pakistan, data may be processed outside Pakistan in jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Platform implies your acceptance of the updated policy.
