Welcome to Zor, a platform that connects clients with verified legal professionals for online and onsite legal consultations. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Scope

  • Zor provides a digital platform to connect users with licensed lawyers for legal consultations.
  • We do not provide legal advice ourselves; all consultations are solely between the client and the lawyer.
  • We verify lawyers by checking their CNIC and license details, but we do not guarantee the quality or outcomes of legal services.

3. User Responsibilities

For Clients

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Do not make advance payments directly to lawyers. Use Zor’s secure payment system to avoid fraud.
  • If you choose an onsite appointment, you are solely responsible for your safety and security. Zor does not monitor or guarantee physical meetings.
  • Any misuse of the platform, including fraudulent claims or unethical behavior, may result in account suspension.

For Lawyers

  • Lawyers must provide valid CNIC and license details to be onboarded.
  • Misrepresentation of legal credentials or unethical behavior may result in account termination.
  • Zor reserves the right to verify, review, or remove any lawyer profile that does not meet our standards.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be processed through Zor’s secure system and also on the time of onsite meeting.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days, subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Users can cancel a booking before the appointment starts, but once a consultation begins, no refunds will be issued.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Zor collects user data only for service improvement and promotional activities.
  • We do not store or access legal case details shared between clients and lawyers.
  • Your data is encrypted and protected under our Privacy Policy.

6. Platform Liability

Zor is a service provider, not a law firm. We are not liable for any legal advice or actions taken by lawyers on our platform.

We are not responsible for disputes arising between clients and lawyers. Any issues should be resolved directly between both parties.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

Zor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following conditions:

  • False or misleading information provided during registration.
  • Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical activities.
  • Violation of any terms and conditions mentioned above.

8. Modifications to Terms

Zor may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our platform implies acceptance of any modifications.
