Every lawyer on ZOR goes through a manual onboarding process. We verify their active enrollment status, license dates, and bar membership (e.g., Lahore Bar Council, Punjab Bar Council, High Court licenses) before their profile goes live on our directory.
Yes. All online consultations conducted via ZOR are encrypted and completely confidential. We generate private, unique video links (Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp) for each appointment. No recordings are stored on ZOR servers.
Yes, cash payments are allowed for physical chamber or office consultations if the selected lawyer accepts cash. Online consultations must be pre-paid securely via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank card to confirm the slot.
You can cancel any booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled time slot. Refundable consultations will have the fee credited back to your wallet or payment method within 3 to 5 business days, excluding payment gateway charges.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure video consultation link in your email and under 'My Bookings' in your account. Click the link at the scheduled slot time to join the lawyer in the private room.
Yes, bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the appointment, subject to availability. Rescheduling is free of charge and can be initiated directly from your 'My Bookings' page.
